Hi, I’m Amy Gordon, a multi-award-winning business owner, mentor, coach and a Level 5 Advanced Blemish Removal Practitioner. 

My journey began with a deep passion for beauty and a vision for creating an unparalleled client experience. What started as a small beauty business in Essex grew into an advanced skin clinic, complete with my own brands and an in-house training academy. I’m proud to say that AMY GORDON became a household name, drawing clients from near and far who trusted our commitment to excellence and innovation.

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to receive recognition for this work becoming one of Essex’s Top 50 Business Women, and winning Professional Beauty’s Large Salon of the Year award. These milestones—along with being a finalist in the Safety in Beauty awards—were meaningful validations of our team’s dedication and hard work.

In 2022, I made the decision to sell my business, but my commitment to advanced skin care continues through weekly clinics where I work directly with clients as an Advanced Blemish Removal Practitioner. Alongside this, I took on a new chapter as a Business Partner and Coach with The Delforge Group. In this role, I’m able to pass on the wisdom, insights, and real-world experience I’ve gathered from years of growing a business from the ground up, helping others succeed in the beauty industry alongside the wonderful Valerie Delforge.

Today, I’m also proud to be a recognised judge for leading beauty industry awards, where I celebrate and encourage others who are passionate about elevating this field and often have the pleasure of writing for both Professional Beauty and Aesthetic Med.

Having met Kolaine in 2021 at an industry awards event I knew then that she had the same vision and work ethic that I did. This drew me to working more closely with her in Advanced Blemish Removal and to have many discussions about the overwhelming need for support following training in Advanced Blemish Removal. BlemishPro was born!
